Cigna wellbeing (Vielife)

Cigna wellbeing (formally known as Vielife) was a sub section of the main Cigna global company which dealt specifically with the building and maintaining of the HRA platform (Health Risk Assessment).

My role was focused on the HRA platform which was an elaborate assessment questionnaire that was tailored for different companies regarding the employees wellbeing. At the end it would give the user their wellbeing scores which would then be fed back to the company via the BI section of the team.

• App was built on .NET MVC

• The front end which I worked on was using

  • HTML (Razor view .NET MVC)
  • CSS (Bootstrap)
  • JQuery (JavaScript)

• CSS was deployed using FTP

• MS SQL Database

• Was part of a full redesign for the marketing pages and the app

• Reported to one Senior FE dev

• Day to day was to apply styling changes to the app with animations.

• minimal functional logic as the app FE was using razor view, only dynamic changes were done in JQuery.

Prior to my roles as a Frontend developer, I had also worked on the customer technical support side. handling customer queries and fixing issues on accounts through the tools that were provided or direct updates to the database using SQL.
